Tamara Ecclestone Banned By Father From Using F1 Name

Tamara Ecclestone has been banned by her billionaire father Bernie Ecclestone from using his Formula One brand for her own business ventures. Tamara was quickly told to remove certain footage from her new reality show, while also warned off using the F1 name for a new shampoo, according to the UK's Daily Mirror.

A source close to the model and socialite said, "Tamara was totally devastated. There were clips of her with Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button which will never see the light of day.But Tamara did manage to keep a few of the clips in for episodes two and three". Bernie is understood to have wanted the footage removed in fear of it tarnishing his multi-billion dollar brand. The news has scuppered plans Tamara had for new show 'Billion $$ Girl', which is supposed to show off the most glamorous aspects of her notorious lifestyle.

During the first few weeks of filming, she took the crew track-side in Abu Dhabi, where she had full access to the drivers, cars and F1 parties, but Bernie had other ideas. An insider said, "Bernie made it clear that the F1 name, branding and any events in conjunction with F1 should be limited on the show.Tamara also wanted to launch a shampoo range called F1 but her father put his foot down".

Peta activist Tamara did manage to catch some footage of her sister Petra's luxury wedding show, which will feature in the upcoming series.
